The multi-disciplined athletics club in Midsomer Norton near Bath, UK.
Somer A.C. is a multi-disciplined athletics club where anyone can train and compete
for anything from track and field to cross-country, road racing and triathlon.
Next swimming session
The next swimming session is on Friday 30th May at Paulton Pool 8.05 - 8.55 pm. Open to all triathletes and runners for stroke improvement, fitness and training while injured. Places are limited and fill up fast, if you would like to come along or want more info. contact Ger (contacts tab) or Sheila or add your name to the list in the triathlon folder on club night.

Saturday 5th July 2008 - 1430hrs
The Challenge is a hilly multi-terrain course along Dorset's beautiful "Jurassic Coast", the Fun Run is 2.5 mile in the same area.
This year Somer AC are going to take on the Challenge, I have organised a Campsite in Charmouth - Manor Farm, this will cater for Motor Homes and Caravans. For those who want to do it properly and camp, we will be in a designated area which we can call our own, (tents only)
The site has toilets, showers, dishwashing, laundrette, bar, shop, outdoor pool & family room. If interested, I have organised it for Friday & Saturday or just Saturday, Cost per tent 2 x adults £15 - £1 extra per child, prices for caravans etc., speak to Jill.
Please note: this race gets full very quick, so enter ASAP also can you let me know by the end of April at the latest if you want to join us!!
