My RunningHave been running: Since I was 21 years old (whenever that was) Favourite Distance: Anything over 10 miles, longer the better Favourite Race: Any I have a P.B. or good times Weekly Mileage: What ever training for, so up to 60 or so Favourite Training: Fartlek, off road and distance Best Performance: Marathon 3-08, Half 1-22 and 10K 37:40 Ambition: Sub 3-00 marathon, sub 1-20 half marathon and to complete an ultra.

To see others come on so well, and pass me. Also enjoy running with my occasional training partners and all this bantor. Constant disbelief that I am still able to run as well at my age!! Hope it lasts a bit longer yet.
